One Day Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management was held in the School Auditorium. Ms.Ravinder Kaur, Principal, Satya Bharti Adarsh Sr. Sec. School, Ludhiana was the resource person. She acquainted the teachers with the coping strategies that can be helpful to fight different kinds of stress. Moreover, she suggested Yoga is an excellent stress relief which combines physical movement, meditation, light exercise, and controlled breathing. She also advised a couple of best Stress Management Techniques which would be helpful to the teachers in their domain.
